Apprenticeship as Plant Operator EFZ (m/f/d)
For the apprenticeship start in 2027, we offer you the chance of a vocational training as a plant operator EFZ (m/f/d) in a unique environment throughout Switzerland.
Your working environment:
- As a plant operator EFZ, you operate our various state-of-the-art finishing plants and thereby produce unique high-security papers.
- You take responsibility for quality, efficiency and productivity. Depending on the product, various manufacturing and finishing processes are necessary, so you will be trained and deployed on several highly complex plants.
- This guarantees exciting and challenging moments.
- Simpler maintenance tasks and support in preventive maintenance are also part of your duties. Therefore, it is very important that mechanical work is also among your hobbies.
You bring with you:
- Secondary school leaving certificate with good grades in science and mathematics subjects
- Interest and enthusiasm for processes and technology
- High motivation, reliability, independence and team spirit
- Manual dexterity and precise working method
- Logical thinking and good imagination
- Willingness to work irregular hours (2-shift system)
- No criminal record
