About the job
Activities- Main task: Support the Medic-Help specialist office in all administrative matters
- Perform basic medical care for asylum seekers in the centre, taking into account existing legal and other requirements (BEKO, SEM manual - access to medical care for AS and procedures in BAZ, guidelines for handling remedies, BAG manual outbreak management and ORS processes)
- Provide initial medical care in emergencies
- Carry out follow-up care according to instructions
- Ensure contacts and information flow to nursing professionals and nursing administration
- Assist in planning and conducting the daily consultation hours
- Maintain and manage medical records
- Support the admission process (MEI/MEK) as instructed - only BAZmV
Requirements
- Secondary level II: Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
- 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
