To strengthen our team in the Zurich area, we are looking for a qualified nurse (80-100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks
- Case management including needs assessments according to interRAI-HC
- Ensuring professionally sound and needs-based care in the home setting
- Contact person for clients and their relatives
- Responsibility for complete and accurate nursing documentation
- Collaboration and coordination with internal and external specialist agencies
- Participation in projects within the specialist area possible if interested
Our Requirements
- Completed training as a qualified nurse (recognised in Switzerland)
- Solid expertise and interest in continuous development
- High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Independent, responsible working style
- Very good IT user skills and driving licence category B
