About the job

To complement our team in the forwarding department, we are looking for an independent, quality-conscious and team-oriented person as a dispatcher.

Your area of responsibility

Your profile

• Handling transport orders
• Scheduling, processing and monitoring shipments
• Planning routes
• Organisation of returns
• Preparation of loading lists / delivery notes / transport documents / customs documents
• Support in the quotation process
• Ensuring delivery punctuality and capability
• Continuous monitoring of planned delivery times, stock levels
• Handling customer complaints and analysing to prevent them

You have completed commercial training in forwarding and bring several years of experience in scheduling in national road transport. Knowledge of international road transport and customs clearance is an advantage.

You have a high quality awareness and are characterised by a solution-oriented way of working. What we offer you
