What you can achieve:

Contact person for patients, visitors, relatives, and hospital staff
Handling various administrative tasks as well as responsibility for the telephone switchboard
Responsible for locking and unlocking rounds

What you bring:

Helpful and open personality
Act competently, react quickly, and adapt flexibly to unforeseen
events
Strong service orientation, high sense of responsibility
as well as flexibility and independence
Communicative, open to new things, and self-confident
Good PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as English skills
Willingness to work night shifts including weekends
Impeccable character (check of debt enforcement register and criminal record extract)
