Our client is an established industrial company seeking a reliable individual to strengthen the technical internal service team. In this versatile role, you will handle the administrative and organisational processing of technical customer concerns, coordinate orders, and ensure smooth operations between customers, internal departments, and external partners. Additionally, you will support the preparation of quotations as well as the planning and processing of ongoing orders.
- Processing and coordination of orders and internal workflows
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations and order documents
- Assistance with work preparation and administrative order processing
- Coordination with customers, internal specialist departments, and external contacts
- Several years of professional experience in technical internal service, spare parts
- Very good German and English skills required, both spoken and written
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office
- Technical affinity combined with commercial flair
- Guaranteed hybrid or home office work
- International field of activity

- At least 5 weeks of holiday
