About the job
Your new role
At the properties department, you can expect a varied working day. You will support the team with administrative and organisational tasks and gain exciting insights into property management. Among other things, you will take on the following tasks:
· General secretarial work
· Creditor and debtor accounting
· Data management
· Review of sales dossiers and market value appraisals
· Handling of building rights and lease contracts
· Preparation of documents for official applications
This position is for you if you bring the following:
