tasks

• you lead and organise the ward with 25 employees and take over the planning of the processes
• you are a central member of the interdisciplinary team and jointly responsible for an optimal care process
• you lead and promote your team, coordinate deployments and recruit new staff
• your demanding tasks also include participating in treatment meetings, working on projects and optimising processes
• you are approximately 60% administrative and about 40% directly at the bedside
• the workload can, depending on your wishes, be between 80 and 100%

requirements

• you have training as a registered nurse HF / FH, or a foreign qualification with SRK recognition
• leadership experience and leadership training are expected
• experience in the field of acute geriatrics would be desirable but is not a requirement
