Your main tasks

• Professional care and support of our residents
• Proper execution of prescribed medical-diagnostic and therapeutic measures
• Taking over the daily coordination
• Co-responsible for the implementation of the nursing service mandate
• Ensuring the nursing process using BESA & easyDok

You bring with you

• Motivation to work in a long-term care institution (open, protected wards or on the ward with AÜP)
• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
• Interest in further education and training
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good digital skills for daily electronic administration with BESA, easyDOK and common Office programmes
• Further training as a trainer or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in a long-term care institution is an advantage
