About the job
Our client, a company specialised in the manufacture of high-precision components, is looking for a
CNC Screw Machinist
Your mission:
Independently carry out ISO programming, start-ups and complete adjustments of CNC screw machines,
Master the machining of small components, mainly from Ø 0.3 to 8 mm, with watchmaking tolerances,
Read and perfectly interpret technical drawings and control requirements,
Ensure monitoring, stability and optimisation of productions,
Be able to analyse a defect or drift and identify its cause,
Perform necessary dimensional checks during production,
Machine different materials: stainless steels, titanium, precious metals,
Pay particular attention to surface finish and the aesthetic appearance of components,
Actively participate in improving cycle times, quality and process robustness,
Be proactive in using innovative cutting solutions,
Work independently, rigorously and methodically, while collaborating with methods, quality and finishing.

Your profile:
Federal VET Diploma as a polymechanic, micromechanic or equivalent technical training
Specialised in microtechnology, watch components,
Excellent mastery of CNC screw machining in general, and Tornos machines essential,
Ideally a confirmed experience of at least 12 years in a similar position.
