The Company
We are looking for support for an international trading company based in WOLLERAU SZ as a CLERK DISTRIBUTION & CUSTOMER SERVICE (m/f) 60%
Your Tasks
- Independently process orders from entry to delivery
- Support assigned customers, distributors and business partners
- Assist the team
- Contact with warehouses, freight forwarders and carriers
- Ensure timely delivery and monitor availability and delivery dates
- Create and check shipping documents (delivery notes, transport papers, invoices)
- Handle customs clearance enquiries and resolve issues (warnings, inspections, missing documents)
Your Profile
- Commercial basic training
- Experience in distribution and customer service
- Confident use of software
- Experience in international trade is an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Solution-oriented personality with a networked way of thinking
- English skills in spoken and written form (Level B2)
