Property Manager with Opportunity for Team Leadership (m/f/d)
Commercial and industrial parks, site developments and customised real estate solutions – our Rocken partner is an innovative player in strategic real estate development. This role offers an interesting and varied range of tasks in an exciting and sustainably operating environment. You work independently, benefit from short decision-making paths in a flat-hierarchy organisation and can rely on a motivated, well-coordinated and helpful team. You manage exclusively company-owned properties and take responsibility for objects at various locations. You will have space for your personal and professional development as well as attractive training opportunities to specifically expand your know-how.
Responsibilities:
- You independently manage your own property portfolio in the commercial sector
- In this role, you handle correspondence with tenants, craftsmen and authorities
- As a property manager, you conduct inspections and handovers of properties
- You prepare rental contracts, amendments, service charge statements and reports
- In this role, you plan and supervise maintenance and renovation work
- As a property manager, you support budgeting, annual financial statements and administrative tasks including telephone operation
Qualifications:
- You hold a qualification as a property manager with a federal professional certificate
- You have several years of professional experience in property management
- You enjoy working with tenants, craft businesses and technical staff
- You work precisely, independently, in a structured and service-oriented manner
- You are well versed in Swiss tenancy law
- You have excellent written and spoken German and are proficient with MS Office and ideally property management software such as AbaImmo
