We offer
The Konradhof with residence and apartments belongs to the Atlas Foundation. It was rebuilt and renovated in 2016 according to the plans of Graf Biscioni. The Konradhof is located in the centre of Winterthur, directly at the SBB station. The building
of the residence has 98 residential apartments and a care unit with 21 single rooms, as well as 19 apartments in the adjacent building.
