We are looking for team-oriented and motivated individuals for our residential group Schlossblick with its own day structure in Biberstein, starting immediately or by arrangement, as Social Pedagogue, Care Specialist EFZ (FaBe) or Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) 60 - 80% workload

You will accompany adult people with mild to severe cognitive support needs in the areas of living and leisure.

Main tasks

• Accompanying and supporting residents to maintain their independence, participation and self-determination
• Nursing assistance services as well as health care
• Night standby duty in the house (sleep-in duty)
• Weekend care
• Participation in holiday offers
• Collaboration with other departments, relatives and external specialists within the framework of the key worker system
• Administrative tasks and record keeping with specialised software (RedLine)

Requirements profile

• Diploma in social pedagogy (HF or FH) or completed training as FaBe/FaGe EFZ
• Experience in supporting people with support needs is an advantage
• Empathetic, humorous and responsible personality
• Resilience and assertiveness as well as high social competence
• Independent working style and willingness to work flexible hours
• Appreciative attitude
• Good MS Office user skills as well as good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Driving licence category B is desirable
