About This Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional multi-skilled electrical technician to join our Workplace Operations team, supporting one of our most prestigious international clients. This is more than a maintenance role—it's an opportunity to be part of a team where excellence isn't just expected, it's the standard.
In this strategic position, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring seamless facility performance while working alongside dedicated professionals who share your commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Keep Operations Running Flawlessly Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on structural, security, and technical systems to maximize uptime and reliability. Manage the complete technical asset lifecycle—from monitoring and documentation to strategic renewal planning. Every intervention you perform via our Corrigo ticketing system contributes directly to operational excellence.
- Champion Safety and Compliance Work hand-in-hand with the Workplace Operation Leader to ensure full compliance with local regulations and HSE standards. Obtain necessary work permits, conduct risk assessments, and manage Permits to Work according to established protocols. Your attention to detail keeps everyone safe.
- Drive Performance Through Systems Apply maintenance management systems rigorously, tracking every work order from creation to completion in Corrigo. Collaborate with system administrators, generate comprehensive activity reports, and ensure our preventative maintenance programs run like clockwork.
- Build Strong Partnerships Communicate effectively across all levels—from contractors to senior executives. Partner with Workplace Experience coordinators and Floor Ambassadors to deliver seamless service. Your professionalism and proactive communication style will be key to your success.
- Support Innovation and Growth Contribute technical expertise to projects, assist with commissioning phases, and cross-train with team members. Install new equipment and help update technical drawings and documentation as our facilities evolve.
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of proven experience maintaining electrical equipment within technical services contracting environments
- CFC qualification or equivalent certification
- Customer service excellence – You understand that every interaction matters
- Team collaboration with strong independent work capability
- Unwavering work ethic and a "Can Do" attitude that inspires others
- Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
- Continuous learning mindset – Always seeking to improve and grow
- Zero-incident mentality – Safety is non-negotiable in everything you do
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience operating technical management systems and generating reports
- Proven track record managing contractors and suppliers

- Flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotation
