The Supported Living department of BSB offers people with support needs a variety of living and support options. The focus is on self-determination, participation, and individually tailored support. The offerings range from various communal living forms to outpatient and increasingly flexible support settings.

You lead the Supported Living department with around 120 employees and directly manage seven senior staff members. Together with your management team, you ensure the quality of the services and develop the department professionally, organisationally, and economically. You create conditions that empower employees in their responsibilities and enable people with support needs to live as independently as possible. In doing so, you combine the social mission with goal-oriented leadership and assume strategic and operational responsibility. You unite professional expertise with a sound understanding of business management and apply this effectively in the further development of the department.

• University degree in the social field or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional and leadership experience (preferably in the care sector)
• Strong leadership personality
• Appreciative and target-group appropriate communication
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as enthusiasm for innovative development and change
• Solid IT application skills (MS Office, Abacus)
• Knowledge of current developments in disability support is an advantage
