As the assistant to the management, you are more than just support – you are a driving force in the background, thinking along, organizing, pushing forward, and following up.
Your tasks at a glance:
- Coordination & Implementation: You actively track projects and initiatives at the board level, keep tabs, push topics, and bring structure to complex contexts.
- General Management Meetings: You organize and accompany our international GMMs – from the invitation process to the agenda and follow-up.
- HR topics at group level: You support group-wide HR initiatives, whether in an international context or in strategic organizational development topics.
- Administrative & Organizational Support: You keep an overview, structure collaboration, and take over communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel Management: You organize travel for the Executive Board and, if necessary, for employees across the group, including hotel bookings, flights, transfers, and visa applications.

Your profile:
- You have a university or college degree and have already gained several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in an international corporate environment.
- You work independently, solution-oriented, and with high personal responsibility – bringing with you a pronounced organizational talent and a structured, analytical mindset.
- Customer orientation, confidentiality, and a high degree of reliability are a matter of course for you.
- You possess strong social skills, present yourself professionally, communicate clearly and openly, and feel comfortable in a complex, dynamic environment.
- You bring experience in intercultural collaboration and can navigate confidently at all hierarchy levels.
- You communicate fluently in German and English, both written and spoken.
- You are proficient in using MS Office, SharePoint, and modern digital work environments like Microsoft Teams.
