You advise our customers by phone on questions about medications and health services
You take orders, provide information about products and services, and ensure smooth processing
You competently clarify pharmaceutical questions related to medical prescriptions and thus support doctors, patients, and external partners throughout Switzerland
You strengthen our customers' trust through your empathetic, professional communication and your ability to keep an overview even in demanding situations

Completed apprenticeship as a pharmacy specialist with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) as well as professional experience
Enjoyment of telephone consulting, combined with a high willingness to serve and clear communication skills
A reliable, structured way of working as well as the ability to remain friendly
and focused even under time pressure
German at native level, French or Italian skills are an advantage
