Team Leader Software Development 80–100 %

As a team leader in software development in the tax area, you are responsible for a team of 8 - 10 employees in terms of personnel. Together with your new team, you develop tax solutions for and with our customers. You continuously professionalize our SW delivery process and methods. You ensure that the quality requirements of our customers are met and that the work is completed within the agreed deadlines and costs. After a familiarization period, you also support this in technical matters in the role of PO or BA.
Your role
- Leading agile teams in the area of software maintenance and further development
- Co-designing our new product generation and adapting it to individual customer needs
- Implementing "Best Practices" in software development together with our customers, teams, and nearshore partners and increasing customer satisfaction
- Expanding and leading a multidisciplinary team in personnel, organizational, and technical terms
- Coaching and supporting team members
- Actively shaping the topic of software delivery at Abraxas
- Promoting, accompanying, and anchoring the agile mindset and working methods in software and product development
Your profile
- Completed studies or comparable education in computer science or business informatics
- Several years of solid professional experience in software development of complex and networked projects
- Basic knowledge in the following technologies: Java, Spring Boot, JBoss, Micro-Services, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, Gitlab Experience with SQL databases (Oracle, Hibernate, Liquibase)
- Proven leadership experience of a team with at least 5 - 10 employees
- You want to make a difference and help shape things, have a confident appearance, and bring persuasiveness and perseverance
- You like to take on new challenges and responsibilities – supported by the team and management
- You are proactive, independent, communicative, and humorous and like to work conscientiously and structured
- Confident appearance, persuasiveness, and perseverance
- Very good German skills (at least C1) and English skills
