At the Baar Nursing Center, we care for and support 165 elderly and young people, ensuring the well-being of the residents with great care and competent nursing. The person is at the center of our attention.
Your new workplace
The Baar Nursing Center consists of two buildings with different nursing departments. In House 2, there are four geriatric departments. The departments are modern, open, and bright. Our residents spend a lot of time in the departments. Meals are enjoyed in the large dining hall, and afternoons are spent together playing games and crafting. There is also a lounge and various terraces that invite you to linger, especially in good weather.

What does your workday look like?
- You are enthusiastic about training young people and take responsibility for the FAGE trainees in your department. You enjoy accompanying trainees on their path to professional qualification.
- With your team, you cover the entire daily routine of the residents in your department.
- Besides accompanying in daily work, you organize monthly learning days with the trainees, conduct conversations, write educational reports, and participate in the monthly trainer meetings.
- You take on daily responsibility and are the contact person for residents, relatives, doctors, and your team.
- As a nursing professional, you independently plan and carry out all nursing processes, administer the nursing documentation in RAI, and implement internal concepts.
What do you bring with you?
- A completed training as a Health Specialist or certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH. In addition, you have already completed the certificate course as a trainer.
- Ideally, you already have experience in the role of trainer. Empathy, assertiveness, humor, and age-appropriate communication characterize you.
- With the appropriate qualification, accompanying our HF students is also possible.
