Your Tasks

Challenging hub function as the central contact person for corporate clients
Support of corporate clients of various sizes and industries exclusively via digital and telephone channels
Ensuring a professional customer experience throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from opening to ongoing support
Independent handling of demanding corporate client openings, including the examination of complex corporate, shareholding and subscription structures up to the successful activation of the customer relationship
Analysis of customer needs, identification of development potential as well as provision of needs-based solutions and further advisory matters in close cooperation with internal specialists
Active participation in the further development of processes, services and digital service offerings as well as contributing own ideas to shape a modern and customer-oriented corporate client business

Our Requirements

Several years of experience in banking, preferably in corporate banking, customer onboarding or in the opening and support of corporate client relationships
Commercial or banking basic training, ideally supplemented by specialised further training, combined with sound knowledge in the assessment of complex corporate, shareholding and subscription structures (AG, GmbH, domicile companies, associations, sole proprietorships)
Strong customer and service orientation as well as enjoyment in exchanging with entrepreneurs from different industries and company sizes
High affinity for digital working methods, modern technologies and continuous optimisation of processes and services
Confident handling of Microsoft 365 and interest in AI-supported work tools
Independent, structured and quality-conscious working style combined with high initiative, strong sense of responsibility and an open and engaging personality
Fluent German skills and good English skills are required; additional language skills are an advantage
