As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Account assignment and booking of incoming invoices, cash and bank receipts, taking into account clients, the given chart of accounts, cost center accounting, and the incoming invoice book
- Monthly account reconciliation, assistance in preparing monthly financial statements and the trial balance
- Booking of shop/display case rents and reconciliation with clients
- Processing of reminders, billing of advance sales offices
- Regulation of automatic and manual payment transactions; preparation and regulation of travel agency commissions
- Solid commercial training and further education
- At least 3 years of professional experience in this area, ideally in large-scale hotel operations
- Up-to-date knowledge in the mentioned factual and legal areas
- Confident IT skills within financial accounting as well as MS Office
- Teamwork skills, independent and thorough working style
