Daily Business
- Technical & personnel management
- Ensuring printing & production processes
- Continuous optimisation of processes
- Further development of QMS and efficiency
- Further development of QMS and efficiency
- Responsibility for KPIs, budget and resources
- Collaboration with PPS and upstream/downstream department heads
- Promotion & development of employees
Background
- Technical basic training in the print sector
- Experience in flexo or gravure printing
- Leadership experience is a must
- Knowledge in quality & process management
- Proficient in ERP & MS Office areas
