What is my role?

You are responsible for the proper operation of the coagulator.

• You monitor and control the production facilities and ensure a smooth process

• You carry out quality checks and document the results

• You take care of cleaning and disinfecting the equipment according to hygiene standards

• You assist in the production of table and pizza mozzarellas as well as brine cheeses

• You pack and store the finished products properly

What do I need to be successful?

You have completed training as a dairy technologist, dairy practitioner, or food technologist

• You work carefully and pay attention to hygiene and quality

• You are reliable and can work shifts and weekends

• You have technical understanding and handle production equipment confidently

• You are a team player and like to get involved

• You have basic knowledge in documentation and quality assurance
