About the job
Your responsibilities include:
- Responsibility for the global medical market
- Planning and coordination of customer visits
- Support and expansion of existing customer relationships, including price and margin development
- Acquisition of new customers
- Support of OEM and key accounts
- Independent budget management
- Ensuring market-appropriate prices as well as sustainable contribution margins
- Building and documenting sound knowledge of the market, competitors, and current and potential customers (price lists, conditions, assortments, trends)
- Coordination of daily business, especially in the areas of internal sales, development, laboratory, and application technology
- Planning and reporting
- Participation in trade fairs
Your profile:
- Technical training with commercial further education or commercial training with technical further education, further training in sales/marketing is an advantage
- Knowledge of the Swiss and international paint industry as well as the paint market is an advantage
- Knowledge of the medical market, especially the hearing aid industry, is a great advantage
- German and English spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as very good CRM knowledge
- Negotiation skills, confident appearance, pronounced team and customer orientation, communication and organisational talent, independent, reliable, precise and efficient working style, and analytical thinking
- High willingness to travel domestically and abroad
- Flexibility to take on additional areas of responsibility
