Your role:

• You design and optimise end-to-end processes along the client lifecycle (e.g.
• Onboarding, KYC, mutations)
• You structure business requirements and translate them into actionable business and technical solutions
• You actively drive initiatives from idea to productive implementation
• You take responsibility for the digitalisation of customer processes and implement them together with the team
• You actively contribute to the further development of the roadmap, bring in your own ideas and keep the customer at the centre

Your education and experience:

• You are confident at the interface between business and IT and know how to translate business requirements into actionable solutions
• You have solid experience in analysing requirements and business processes as well as in developing viable solution concepts
• You have not only designed digital solutions in the customer context but also accompanied them through to implementation and successfully introduced them
• Experience in the banking environment or in the client lifecycle (e.g.
• Onboarding, KYC) is an advantage
• Avaloq knowledge is an advantage

• You work in a structured way in an agile environment and keep an overview even with complex topics
• You proactively drive topics forward and take responsibility for the results
• You enjoy working hands-on and bring solutions to implementation together with the team
• You bring an innovative mindset and a strong will for ownership

You are part of an interdisciplinary team in the client lifecycle, consisting of business analysts, developers and subject matter experts.
