ICT Engineer Business Application 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

What you can achieve:

• Ensuring stable operation of applications with a focus on the ServiceNow platform
• Responsibility for incident, problem, and change management in the ServiceNow environment
• Performing 3rd-level troubleshooting for complex faults
• Monitoring the platform (monitoring, performance, availability)
• Planning and executing releases and system upgrades
• Ensuring compliance with SLAs and service quality
• Participation in ICT projects focusing on integration and operational handover
• Continuous development of the platform
• Documentation of operational processes and system states

What you bring with you:

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ/HF/FH or comparable qualifications
• Several years of experience in application operations
• Very good knowledge in incident, problem, and change management
• Understanding of integrations and platform architectures
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or willingness to obtain these certificates
• Experience in project management is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills, at least B2 level
