The Office for Gender Equality and Family Affairs (GFB) has a team of 8 people working across departments on gender equality and family policy in the Canton of Fribourg. Combating violence in intimate relationships, equality in working life (public and private sectors), and equality in education are also strategic priorities of the GFB.

Your tasks
- In job-sharing, you will manage and organise the Office for Gender Equality and Family Affairs.
- You will support the head of the GFB and team members in their respective tasks, notably in organising projects, conducting events or training sessions, and preparing communication materials.
- You will be responsible for the administrative organisation of the exhibition "Plus fort que la violence / Stronger than violence", especially for its tour throughout Switzerland and the Canton of Fribourg.
Desired profile
- Commercial training completed with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification, followed by at least five years of professional experience
- Dynamic and versatile personality with precise working methods, a sense of organisation, prioritisation, and coordination
- Strong communication skills and a high degree of team spirit
- Strong interest in gender equality issues and willingness to deepen knowledge in this area
- Good knowledge of common IT tools and social networks
- Fluency in German or French and good knowledge of the other language; ability to communicate in both languages and perform minor translations
