About the job
The Wohnen im Alter Foundation, based in Hinwil, offers accommodation for 90 people in need of care and elderly individuals. In four departments, spread across two houses, as well as 29 retirement apartments partly with services, we commit ourselves daily with one goal: that the residents feel at home and secure.

Your area of responsibility
- Taking over basic and treatment care as well as caring for residents according to their wishes and biographies
- Designing and implementing the care process within the framework of the key worker concept
- Supporting tertiary nursing professionals in care in complex situations
- Professional support, advice and accompaniment within the team
- Implementation of the care process and documentation of care using Care Coach
- Performance recording with RAI
Your profile
- Completed training as a qualified nurse HF or
- Professional experience in long-term care and acute care
- Open and innovative personality with pronounced social skills
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Initiative, independence, reliability
- RAI and Care Coach knowledge desired
- Very good communication skills in German, both spoken and written
