The Adrian Michel Group is an innovative manufacturing company in the metal industry with a dedicated team of qualified specialists at the locations Schmiedrued, Rümlingen and Duggingen.

For our customers from the medical, watchmaking, electrical engineering and household industries, we manufacture complex stamping and forming tools. We are competent from prototype construction through series production of stamped parts and assemblies to machining.

To complement our established team of the Adrian Michel Group in Schmiedrued AG, we are looking for a

Machine Setter Production Employee Stamping Department 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Setting up, converting, starting up and monitoring the stamping machines according to production specifications
• Manufacturing components on stamping machines and inserting work on various mechanical eccentric presses from 15 – 400 tonnes
• Ensuring product quality and carrying out regular quality checks
• Series production of stamped parts from metallic materials in compliance with quality requirements
• Booking of production orders
• Independent operation, care and monitoring of production equipment
• Checking and adhering to quality specifications according to part drawings and inspection plans
• Compliance with legal requirements and internal quality standards
• Participation in continuous improvement processes and support of maintenance
• Careful handling of operating equipment, resources and tools
• Monitoring of safety devices
• Maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment

We expect / Profile

• Knowledge in the field of stamping and handling of production machines
• Manual dexterity and technical understanding
• Independent, flexible, reliable and precise working method
• Reliability, precision and care in the execution of your tasks
• Experience in production
• Technical understanding, good spatial imagination and interest in modern production
• Willingness to familiarise yourself with new machines and work processes
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
