Production Manager (m/f/d)

Job Description

• Management and supervision: Lead, plan and support teams of operators, setters or workshop technicians
• Planning and organisation: Manage the workload, work preparation, production schedules and supply of materials or tools.
• Technical and quality: Ensure the quality monitoring of produced parts, participate in solving technical problems, and sometimes intervene in CNC programming or process development.
• Continuous improvement and costs: Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), optimise production flows, reduce costs and enforce safety and environmental rules.

We expect

• Basic training: Federal VET diploma as a polymechanic / mechanic or equivalent qualification
• Higher education (Federal Certificate, ES, HES) or an engineering degree in mechanical / microtechnology is a real asset
• Key skills: Solid background in machining techniques (milling, turning on machining centres), mastery of CAD/CAM/CNC tools
• Experience in team management
• Leadership and organisational skills
• Open personality
