Apprenticeship as Kitchen Assistant

About the job

• Occupational safety and health protection
• Hygiene regulations
• Proper handling of kitchen appliances and machines
• Working in the preparation kitchen, hot and cold kitchen
• Setting up and cleaning the workplace

Vocational training:
Requirement: successful completion of hpz trial apprenticeship
Duration: 2 years
Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
During the training, the apprentice attends classes at hpz.
4 lessons: vocational studies
4 lessons: German, mathematics, general education, sport

Qualification: legally recognised apprenticeship certificate

Job requirements:
Sense of cleanliness and order
Enjoyment of teamwork
Physically agile
Ability to coordinate various work processes
