Ward Manager for Transitional and Long-Term Care, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You will take on the personnel and professional leadership of the team in the transitional and long-term care department, with about 20 residents
• You will lead nursing reports, professional nursing discussions and interdisciplinary reports
• You will also be significantly involved in the further development of processes and structures, in favour of a pleasant homely atmosphere, high-quality nursing care and a healthy working climate
• Situation-appropriate personnel deployment planning is also one of your important tasks
• Finally, you will actively participate in various projects
• The workload can, depending on your preference, be between 80 and 100%

Requirements

• You have completed training as a registered nurse HF / registered nurse HF
• Ideally, you have already gained professional experience in leading a nursing team
• Eadydock, Polypoint PEP and/or RAI HC are familiar to you
• Do you also describe yourself as assertive, warm-hearted and resilient?
