Our client is an established, family-run building services company in the Zurich area. The company plans and implements demanding projects in the fields of heating, sanitary and ventilation – from high-quality residential buildings through extensive renovations to public buildings and individual special solutions.

To strengthen the planning team, we are looking for a Building Services Planner specialising in Heating, who will accompany varied projects from planning to implementation.

Job Description

• Planning and designing heating systems for new builds and renovations
• Creating and editing execution, detail and revision plans with MegaCAD
• Designing and dimensioning heating systems and their components
• Creating principle schematics, material lists and technical documentation
• Coordinating planning with project managers, installers, architects and other specialist planners
• Accompanying demanding projects in high-quality residential buildings, public buildings and individual special solutions

We expect

• Completed training as a Building Services Planner Heating EFZ
• Recent apprentices are explicitly welcome
• Initial knowledge in planning and dimensioning heating systems
• Experience with MegaCAD is an advantage but not a requirement
• Confident reading and creating of technical plans and schematics
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Independent, eager to learn and team-oriented personality
