Responsible chief physician position with great scope for design.
Leadership of an established department with a broad range of services.

Responsibilities:
You assume the professional, personnel, and strategic overall responsibility for the Endocrinology and Diabetology department.
You develop the specialty across locations and ensure a high quality of clinical care.
You promote your team as well as interprofessional collaboration within and outside the hospital.
You strengthen cooperation with internal departments, external partners, and referrers.
You actively shape the training centre and regional cooperations.
Qualifications:
Specialist title in Endocrinology and Diabetology.
Broad clinical experience as well as proven leadership and management skills.
Motivation to further develop the specialty and training structures.
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration.
Empathetic leadership personality with high integration and assertiveness skills.
