About the job
At the University Clinic for Adult Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, we care for 18 people with complex psychiatric disorders and acute stress crises on the Wernicke ward. Our team specialises in the treatment of psychiatric movement disorders such as catatonia and treatment-resistant depression. Thanks to our proximity to somatic medicine, we provide our patients with comprehensive care. Your tasks
- You ensure individual, professional care and accompany our patients through complex recovery processes
- In acute crisis situations, you act confidently and with empathy – your calmness and expertise make the difference
- As a key contact person, you take responsibility for the entire care process and contribute significantly to continuity in therapy
- You bring your ideas and expertise into the further development of our care concepts – your voice counts!
- In the interdisciplinary team, you work closely with professionals from various disciplines to achieve the best possible outcome for our patients
Your profile
- You hold a diploma as a nursing specialist HF / FH and necessarily have experience in psychiatric nursing
- Your empathy and high level of expertise make you a valuable support for our patients and their relatives
- Even in challenging situations, you remain calm and composed, show initiative and take responsibility.
- You appreciate teamwork and actively contribute your ideas – shared successes motivate you
- A careful, independent way of working is natural for you, and you enjoy mastering everyday life with a healthy dose of humour
