What you will do here
- Supervision and support of students and staff in projects and internships
- Support of the workshop operations in the Technology Park Biel as well as execution of general carpentry work
- Carrying out practical work within the framework of research projects and services
- Conducting machine and workshop introductions for students and staff
- Co-designing the new workshops on the Biel campus
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed vocational training as a carpenter*in or comparable qualification
- Enjoyment in working with different people as well as a service-oriented working style
- Interest in working with various machines and equipment as well as modern manufacturing methods (CAD, CNC, etc.)
- Communication at a very high level in German; knowledge of French and English is an advantage
