Role:
In this role, you actively shape quality management and implement demanding standards in all relevant processes. You take responsibility for building, maintaining and continuously improving the quality management system along the entire value chain. You analyse existing procedures, define effective measures and ensure that requirements, standards and guidelines are consistently adhered to. You work closely with various interfaces to make quality measurable, minimise deviations and anchor sustainable improvements. With your expertise, you support decision-makers, train employees and thus contribute significantly to the long-term development of the company.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and further development of quality management in the hand tools sector
Optimisation of quality processes, methods and management systems
Planning and conducting audits as well as managing ISO systems
Analysis and sustainable resolution of quality issues and complaints
Development of inspection concepts and support of product developments
Qualifications:
Technical education with further training at university of applied sciences level as well as qualification in quality management
Solid knowledge of materials science, especially steel processing
Experience in quality assurance and quality management of technical products
Knowledge of quality standards, methods and problem-solving techniques
Very good German and English skills as well as an analytical and team-oriented working style
