Miller (M/F/D)

Job Description

• Reception, quality control and preparation of grains (wheat, rye, spelt, etc.) before milling
• Operation and adjustment of milling equipment (millstones, rollers) according to the types of flour to be produced
• Sifting, granulometric control and packaging of flours in compliance with current standards
• Preventive and corrective maintenance of the mill installations, as well as monitoring of raw material and finished product stocks
• Collaboration with suppliers (farmers, cereal producers) and customers (bakers, artisans) to ensure production adapted to needs

We expect

• Professional training in milling or flour milling, recognised in Switzerland (CFC or equivalent)
• Significant experience in operating a mill or a cereal processing unit
• Rigour, organisational skills and constant concern for the quality of the finished product
• Ability to work independently, good physical condition and a valid driving licence
