Flury AG is a family-owned company operating in the Bern-Solothurn region with about 100 employees. In Koppigen, we produce regional and high-quality products in the fields of bakery, pastry, and confectionery. We sell the products in our seven retail stores with adjacent cafés. To strengthen our administration team, we are looking for a cheerful, thoughtful, and committed personality.
As an HR Specialist, you can expect diverse tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from hiring to termination.
- Recruitment of new employees.
- Conducting onboarding and exit interviews.
- Handling registrations and deregistrations or changes with social insurances (AHV, BVG, FAK, etc.)
- Responsibility for time tracking and absence management (accident, illness, maternity/paternity, military) as well as oversight of the associated deadlines.
- Independent processing of payroll accounting.
- Supportive activities in financial accounting.
- Organization of the annual employee event.
To take on these tasks, you need to bring a backpack with some prerequisites. In addition to your independent and precise working style, the following experiences and qualities are particularly important:
- You have a basic education and experience in the commercial sector.
- You ideally have further training as an HR Specialist.
- You have good knowledge in the areas of social insurance, labor law, and payroll.
- A conscientious, independent, and precise working style characterizes you.
- You are a reliable and well-structured personality.
