The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our homes. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You accompany the residents with heart, professional competence and a pinch of humour in their home and take responsibility for their individual care and support.
- With your expertise and appreciative manner, you shape the care process professionally and needs-oriented and bring your nursing expertise in a targeted manner.
- You regularly take on the daily responsibility and support your team with commitment and joy.
- You promote appreciative, interdisciplinary collaboration and contribute to us achieving the best for the residents together.
- You have the choice: You work in the early and late shifts until 21:15 or decide on exclusive deployment in the night shift.
Our requirements:
- You have completed training as a dipl. nursing specialist HF or an equivalent qualification with a diploma recognised in Switzerland.
- You bring professional experience in long-term care and enjoy accompanying and caring for elderly people.
- You have experience with nursing documentation ePDoc and ideally are familiar with RAI LTCF, you are confident in digital documentation.
- You have very good oral and written German skills, ideally at level C1.
- You are a team player and contribute to good collaboration with your reliable and appreciative manner.
