• contribute to the development and advancement of marketing automation: conception, development, introduction and establishment of the topic of marketing automation at Valiant Bank
• significantly shape strategy implementation & campaign management: planning, execution and optimisation of data-driven multichannel campaigns to increase efficiency, engagement, reach and revenue
• work performance- & data-oriented: analysis and optimisation of KPIs related to the campaigns
• live User Experience: ensuring a consistent and customer-oriented customer journey in the context of the campaign
• work with a multichannel approach: the entire development and advancement of the topic is carried out in very close collaboration with other areas of the bank
• use BSI.CX and already know this solution

• hands-on experience in marketing automation, preferably with the BSI.CX solution
• several years of experience in designing multichannel campaigns with a customer focus as well as ideally in building campaign management
• high methodological competence (classic project methodology and agile working methods e.g. Scrum)
• strong communication skills and the ability to inspire people about your topic and take them on this journey
• entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a structured and results-oriented way of working
• motivation to further develop, drive forward and sustainably lead the topic of marketing automation together with a team to success
