Your Key Responsibilities

•  Lead comprehensive project coordination for customer-specific isolator solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle 
• Drive technical engineering excellence by designing and calculating critical system components and developing detailed component specifications
•  Develop robust process solutions that meet stringent regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical manufacturing environments 
• Create comprehensive technical documentation including process specifications, P&ID diagrams, and system design documents 
• Manage stakeholder relationships through active participation in customer meetings and technical discussions with international partners 
• Ensure project success by monitoring budgets, timelines, and quality standards across all engineering deliverables 
• Navigate regulatory compliance including GMP requirements and machinery directives to ensure full regulatory adherence 
• Collaborate globally with suppliers, partners, and customers while maintaining technical leadership across diverse projects

Your Profile

• Extensive professional experience with minimum 10 years in project engineering or comparable technical leadership roles 
• Strong technical foundation in process engineering, chemical engineering, or mechanical engineering with relevant degree or technical certification 
• Specialized knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ideally with isolator technology or cleanroom systems experience
• Project management expertise including resource planning, timeline management, and cross-functional team coordination 
• Language proficiency with business-level fluency in both English and German for international collaboration 
• Communication excellence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholder groups 
• Proactive leadership approach with strong accountability and ability to drive projects to successful completion 
• Adaptability and resilience to manage changing priorities and resolve technical challenges effectively
