- Experience working with SDRs, spectrum analysis and RF measurement setups
- Programming skills such as Python for automating technical workflows
- Analytical mindset, curiosity and a structured way of working
- Excellent English language skills; German is a plus
- Swiss citizenship or eligibility for national security clearance
