We are looking for you as a Junior Executive Assistant (m/f) in a 100% role, fixed-term until May 2027, for the Zurich location

Your main tasks

• • You proactively support several partners in various administrative and organisational matters
  • You plan and organise internal and external meetings, coordinate appointments as well as conference calls across multiple time zones
  • You book business trips using our own travel tool or with the travel team
  • You take care of the partners’ expense reports and time tracking
  • You support and coordinate tasks related to client activities/events as well as various team events/meetings
  • You assist with correspondence, presentations, reports and similar documents in collaboration with various centralised teams
  • You act as a liaison, both internally between different departments and externally in dealing with clients, in both German and English.
  • You support and assist with projects and process optimisations

What we are looking for

• • You have a commercial education (business school or similar)
  • Initial professional experience in an assistant role or a comparable environment is an advantage
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office programmes
  • Your mother tongue is German; additionally, you have very good English skills
  • You have excellent organisational skills as well as a high degree of initiative and accuracy
  • You show initiative by actively approaching your partners. You also ensure they are always reminded of upcoming appointments and deadlines.
  • You are a team player and enjoy working in a complex, international and lively environment with various stakeholders
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, are independent, communicate clearly and openly, and are flexible
  • Character traits that distinguish you: service orientation, accuracy, independence and organisational talent
