As part of the customer-centric orientation of the IMVS department (IT Management and Value Streams), strategic product management is organised together with IT delivery in specialised areas. In the newly created product management area for "Risk, Finance, Compliance" we are looking for an experienced and visionary individual as Head of Department.

In this key position, you are responsible for the strategic direction and further development of our solutions for Corporate and Management Services across all applications, processes and channels. You act as a central link between Risk, Finance, Compliance and other central units, are responsible for IT delivery and ensure that the needs of the business owners are translated into effective solutions. Your role is crucial for the sustainable development and high efficiency of our central management and control processes.

• You take on implementation responsibility in product management for the "Risk, Finance, Compliance" area as well as other applications for corporate functions – from the target vision through the product portfolio and implementation in the Agile Release Train to the design and further development of the associated processes along the entire customer journey
• You develop a customer-centric target vision for Risk, Finance, Compliance and ensure that products, processes and channels are optimally aligned with the needs of the business owners from the specialist departments
• You lead and develop your area and create an environment where customer benefit, clear accountability and collaboration are central
• You ensure that your area makes a measurable contribution to achieving BEKB’s strategic goals, especially regarding growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction
• You report directly to the executive management and work closely with relevant stakeholders within the bank as well as aity AG, ensuring that processes function across departments and comply with regulatory requirements

• You have a degree in business administration, banking or a related field, and bring a strong understanding of IT and technological contexts
• You have several years of experience in a leadership role in the financial sector, ideally in the area of Risk, Finance, Compliance
• You bring a deep understanding of product management, end-to-end processes and value creation logics in the areas of Risk, Finance, Compliance in banking and have experience in transformations, working confidently with agile methods and modern organisational forms
• You have experience managing complex organisations and navigate confidently in the tension between strategy, sales and implementation
• You think entrepreneurially, are decisive and able to set clear priorities and achieve results
