Customer Advisor (m/f/d)

For Raiffeisenbank Regio St. Gallen West, a successful and locally focused bank with branches in Abtwil, Engelburg, and Winkeln, we are looking for a personality as a customer advisor.

• Development of needs-based solutions taking into account the individual wishes, goals, and life situations of our customers
• Identifying needs and referring customers to responsible specialist advisors for investing or financing
• Comprehensive advice to customers in the areas of saving, investing, retirement planning, and cashless payments
• Ensuring the operation of self-service devices (dispenser/recycler)

• Completed banking training or comparable education
• Experience in the financial services sector
• Likeable and winning demeanor
• Proactive and customer-oriented approach
• Independent and flexible personality
• Raiffeisen experience is an advantage
