What is my role?

You are the creative heart of our digital communication! In this versatile role, you shape the entire social media presence, develop content that excites, plan newsletters, and ensure our community remains active. You work closely with internal teams and external partners and successfully implement communication strategies.

Specifically, the following tasks await you:

• Management and support of all social media activities including community management

• Conceptualisation and creation of regular newsletters for various markets ?

• Independent implementation of communication planning

• Coordination with internal departments and external service providers

• Performance analysis and continuous optimisation of your measures

What do I need to be successful?

You already bring initial practical experience in marketing or communications. Whether on the company or agency side. Social media is more than just a channel for you: you love telling stories, creating content, and building communities.

You should bring the following:

• Experience in the conception and implementation of social media posts

• Enjoyment of creative work with text and image

• Basic knowledge of common design and video tools (e.g. Photoshop, Canva, Capcut or comparable programmes)

• Initiative, independent working style, and a strong service orientation
