Customer Care Advisor 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You handle written inquiries via email, chat, and ticket system – around products, appointments, and general concerns.

• You work daily with several tools and systems in parallel – each brand has its process, you keep the overview.

• You think networked, recognize patterns, and know which information belongs where.

• You don’t just find answers, but you formulate them so clearly that no follow-up questions are necessary.

Our expectations:

• You like to work independently and reliably.

• You love understanding processes, thinking logically, and formulating appropriate solutions.

• You always keep the goal in mind and act solution-oriented.

• You have very good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written).

• You are confident with texts, service-oriented, and friendly – even under time pressure.

• You are digitally skilled: multitasking with various programs is natural for you.
