To strengthen our team in the Fashion & Beauty sector, we are looking immediately or to be agreed, for a permanent position at the Biel site, for a motivated and committed person as Floor Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You supervise, train, and lead a team with kindness and rigor.
- You unite around clear objectives, inspire collective dynamics, and develop talents.
- You organize schedules, manage recruitments, and ensure a positive social climate.
- You implement the necessary actions to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- You guarantee a premium and omnichannel customer experience: welcome, advice, loyalty.
- You analyze performance indicators and adjust your field strategy accordingly.
- You manage stock control, restocking, and product placements.
- You adapt the in-store offer according to trends, seasons, customer profile, and performance.
- You ensure the attractiveness of merchandising according to brand standards.
- You work with store management and an assistant in coordination across all Non-food departments.
Your profile
- You have proven experience in retail as a floor manager, ideally in fashion or beauty.
- You have ideally completed training in sales (CFC or equivalent).
- You are a hands-on manager: you enjoy growing your teams and taking on challenges. Your confirmed experience as a leader is necessary for this position.
- You are united with your teams and active and supportive in carrying out daily tasks.
- You have a commercial sense, are customer-oriented, autonomous, and reactive — these are your real strengths.
- You have good product sensitivity and a strong taste for Fashion and Beauty.
- You have very good IT skills and are comfortable with all common Office applications.
